DELIVERY POLICY

1. General Information

As a general rule, all orders placed are considered on website are treated as confirmed. In case if Mapmyland fails to provide the information, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

• a) Your report will be sent an attachment to your registered email id.
• b) You will also be able to download your report online by logging on to our website with your customer id and password.

3. Delivery Time

As a general rule, all orders placed are considered on website are treated as confirmed. In case if Mapmyland fails to provide the information, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

• We will send you the report within 5 working/Business days (all Saturdays and Sundays are considered as holidays) and If we fail to provide you with the report within 5 days, we will refund the entire amount unconditionally. 
• Any changes made in the request will be considered as new request and time for delivery of report will start from the date and time of editing the request.

4. Delivery Costs

Since we are delivering the report through e-mail only, we do not charge additional charges towards delivery cost.

5. Discrepancies in Request Raised.

In case we detect any discrepancy found by KYL, we will mention the same in the remarks of our final land details report.

Alternatively, if you find any discrepancy please bring it to our notice by sending an email to customercare@mapmyland.in from your registered email id along with order ID. We will review and submit our analysis.

In case the details provided by KYL are wrong, we will refund the entire amount.
